1.25oz.frozen raspberries or blueberries (1/4 cup)
2oz.frozen strawberries(about 2 large or 6 small)
2.5oz.fresh spinach(2 1/2 cups packed)
1/4tspcinnamon + 1/8 tsp vanilla extract- for blueberry version
1/8tspalmond extract- for raspberry version
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender (if using blueberries add cinnamon and vanilla, if using raspberries add almond extract). Blend until well pureed. Serve immediately.
*If needed you can add a little extra water. If using a high powered blender you shouldn't need to.
I've tried this with almond milk but I feel that since it's already a creamy smoothie without it, and since almonds are added it's not needed. But if you'd like it even richer and creamier you can use it in place of water.
