Ingredients
3cupscorn Chex cereal
3cupsrice Chex cereal
3cupswheat Chex cereal
1 1/2cupslow-salt mixed nuts
1 1/2cupsplain bagel chips,broken into 1-inch pieces
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. In a large roasting pan toss together cereals, nuts, bagel chips, and pretzels.
In a small mixing bowl whisk together melted butter, Worcestershire, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and sugar.
Drizzle butter mixture over cereal mixture in roasting pan and toss well to evenly coat.
Roast in preheated oven 1 hour, tossing every 15 minutes.
Spread out on parchment paper or paper towels to cool.
MICROWAVE OPTION
In a very large microwave safe bowl toss together cereals, nuts, bagel chips and pretzels.
In a small mixing bowl whisk together melted butter, Worcestershire, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and sugar.
Drizzle half the butter mixture over cereal mixture in bowl and toss a few times then drizzle in remainder and toss mixture well to evenly coat.
Heat mixture in microwave uncovered on high power for 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
Spread over parchment paper or paper towels to cool.
SLOW COOKER OPTION
In a 5 or 6 quart slow cooker toss together cereals, nuts, bagel chips, and pretzels.
In a small mixing bowl whisk together butter, Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and sugar.
Drizzle over cereal mixture in slow cooker and toss well to evenly coat.
Cook mixture on high, uncovered, for 2 hours. Toss every 20 minutes during cooking (near the end if you find edges are getting dark stir every 10 minutes).
Spread over parchment paper or paper towels to cool.
