A versatile easy gravy recipe that uses rendered drippings from your favorite roasted meat. It's deliciously flavorful, it has a great consistency and it's the ultimate topping to mashed potatoes. Recipe yields about 2 cups.

3Tbspfat drippings (from any type of roasted meat)
2cupschicken broth or beef broth
2TbspArgo® Corn Starch
1/4cupcold water or milk
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Cook fat drippings and broth in a saucepan or stove-top safe roasting pan over medium heat until hot.
Whisk water and cornstarch in a small bowl until smooth. Add to broth in saucepan.
Stirring constantly with a wire whisk, bring to a boil over medium heat and boil 1 minute.
