The perfect refreshing smoothie, great for breakfast or a healthy midday treat. It's made with plenty of tropical fruits and thirst quenching coconut water.

Ingredients
2cups (10 oz)frozen cubed pineapple*
1cup (5 oz)frozen cubed mangoes
1mediumripe banana,peeled
2medium (5 oz total)mandarin orangesor clementines, peeled
1cupcoconut water,**chilled
1/2tspcoconut extract
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
Cover and blend on high speed until smooth, about 30 seconds. Depending on your blender make and model you may need just a little more coconut water (with a Vitamix or Blendtec blender it should blend without adding more).
Serve right away.
Notes
*You can freeze your own pineapple and mangoes from fresh. To do so, peel and dice then spread out on parchment paper or silicone mat lined baking sheet. Cover and freeze overnight. **For an even creamier smoothie this is also delicious with 1/2 cup canned coconut milk and 1/2 cup coconut water or water.
